Podium Gestion
OAuth consent and Google data use
Podium Gestion, operated by Groupe Ken Inc., uses Google OAuth only when you choose to connect your Google account. You will see the permissions requested before authorizing access, and you may decline or revoke access at any time.
Information we request
We request basic Google account information needed to identify and authenticate you, such as your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier. If an optional Podium Gestion feature requires additional Google data, the Google consent screen will list the exact permissions before you approve them.
How we use Google data
Google account data is used only to sign you in, secure your account, associate you with the correct sports organization, and provide features you explicitly choose to connect. Podium Gestion does not use Google user data for advertising and does not sell it.
Storage and sharing
We protect account data using access controls and secure hosting. We share it only with service providers required to operate Podium Gestion, when required by law, or with your explicit consent. Our service providers may process data in Canada or the United States.
Revoke access or delete data
You can revoke Podium Gestion access at any time from your Google Account permissions. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of data held by Podium Gestion, contact us using the link below. Revoking Google access stops future access but does not automatically delete data already retained for legitimate security or legal purposes.
